Comparative Study on Urban Land Use Efficiency

Abstract: Land use efficiency is an important index to measure the level of land use. The paper discussed the connotation of land use efficiency and evaluation index first, then, in comparison, analyzed the current situation and existent problem of urban land use efficiency in China. It’s followed by a model to evaluate the efficiency. It tried to offer reference to urban land intensive use and urban sustainable development.
