Summer social practice started on a hot dry summer holiday .Before it, I even didn’t know what the summer social practice really mean. But in these days I gradually realize the most important thing in the summer social practice is team work. It is the fuel that allows common people to obtain uncommon results .

There are so many members in our team, and different people have different tasks. Simple things will become complex if we all members do one thing together but don’t allot the tasks to every small team .On the contrary ,compared to the low efficiency ,team work which could bring a surprising result can not only save a lot of time but can improve the quality of our work. As we all know, a successful team need a good leader, because a leader can guide a clear target for our members and gather our all powers to reach the final goal.

All members in a team have their own characteristics, but in our team we are a cooperative team. We believe that nothing is impossible to a willing heart, and we will do everything to the best of our ability.
